meal 1- take one small coffee cup rice and 1 spoon dal of your choice . wash them properly, dry them in sun and then roast and make fine powder. morning at 11 am or so every day you can boil one spoon of this powder with 1 glass of water until you get smooth texture. you can add carrot grated while its boiling..

Fruit and vegetables puriees, Mashes - Mashed banana, papaya, chikoo puriee, Steamed and mashed potatoes, carrot, apple, cerelac, sooji porridge, idly,soups are suggested.
Check suitability before introducing new food item, avoid sugar, salt, oil in baby foods until one year.
