Well Right now your child must not be sitting also so how can you child keep the head in the tilted position towards downside that’s something I’m not understanding because if a child is sitting you know like with support also after the age of six months and if that thing happens then then it is a question of concern otherwise still I would advise you to get a check with your doctor
