Q.

My baby has taken 18months vaccine today & her right leg swelled. Is there any ointment is available to remove that sell Baby is not ready to put ice piece on her leg, so we are just using wet cloth

A. Hello mother , please don't panic. It usually has swelling after vaccination." THROMBOPHOB " is an ointment suggested for my baby but Please consult a pediatrician before use. An ice pack can be given.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. After vaccination child may become irritable. give painkiller as prescribed by paediatrician. apply ice on the injection site intermittently. feed on demand. carry, soothe your child the side effects associated with the  vaccine are generally mild. The most common are pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site.   swelling will reduce on its own. you may apply ice on it for first 2 days to relieve pain. Thanks and take care
