my baby has small round lump on left side cheek and not paining when pressing it? shall I check with the pediatrician?

Yes you should mostly it is going to be lipoma only which is a fat boy which is of no use in the body and it has no negative impact but since the child is too small it is better to have a clarity about the situation and that can only be done after a physical assessment
