my baby has skin problem white dot on her neck like chicken skin what's ka solution

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please massage your baby skin with almond oil and olive oil on daily basis twice and also if these marks stay for another few days then better to evaluate once with your local doctor in person as it may be due to deficiency of calcium.
