Q.

my baby has red spots on the sole of right foot...he is complaining right leg pain also .what can be the issue.. note .he got some pimples on body..so antibiotics is going for that from yesterday..

A. hi sorry but it is hard to judge anything without examining your child. so I advise you to consult your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
