My baby has rashes in his full body. Before he was having fever. Is this a post impact of fever or anything else.

yes it might happen because of fever.
please keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
apply thin layer of baby soothing Calamine lotion on it.
maintain good hygiene
