Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stool for more than 10 days also and sometimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also.

Both the above frequency of stool passage is normal if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.
if the consistency is not hard then it is not constipation and interdmittent crying is due to the colic pain due to gas
RashmiMom of a 10 yr 11 m old girl2 years agoA. Cornsay pression is completely normal at this age so you do not have to worry about that as of now if your child is taking all the feeding properly and urine output is good for about 10 to 12 times in the day then that is good enough not a problem Hi Hai
