my baby has mild fever at midnight and I gave 2 drops of paracetamol fever was settled and now she has a cough what to do

A. The dosage is five drops you should give proper medicine whenever you are giving it to the child and coughing is not because of fever maybe it’s due to some other issues you need to check with your paediatrician for further assistance
