Q.

my Baby has low urine and vomiting and no intake of watter since last 6 days and not taking food as well. baby has one year old and 2 months. please advise

A. Hello mom If baby is not taking sufficient water then you should definitely give coconut water to your baby it will have to keep your baby hydrated. Not a single drop of water into from last six days is not good at all. If your baby doesn’t accept coconut water also then in such case you should definitely consult with your paediatrician about it
