my baby has loose stools from last 5 days sir,but she is active n all I wanted to know is what is the solution for this problem?

Just need to be treated well with your doctor the doctor would advise you with the right medicine that you should go for and also I would like to tell you that lose motions can be due to various reasons that they say so a proper check up would be required with a doctor for medication
