my baby has loose motion from two days, from morning some red blood is also seen in the poop.plz suggests what can I do?

A. It Who is Liz due to some kind of an infection in the stomach which is why you are seeing blood in the motion of your child I will advise you to get a stool test done or you consult your paediatrician dail advised the right course of antibiotics for the child as of now
