my baby has got swollen red marks on her face since she woke up this morning ( picture attached). what can be the reason. there are no mosquito in our house

This doesn’t even look like a mosquito bite I think there is some another problem currently you can keep some ice cube or cold pack onto that area and please visit your doctor if it is on the face as well along with the eyes then it’s maybe due to some infection or allergy
