Q.

my baby has gas trouble problem . and iam not getting enough milk and she always put her fingers in mouth and she doesnot like formula milk.

A. increase skin to skin contact with your baby. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. Consume dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makhana everyday.
