My baby has fever from last night. I gave him Paracetamol drops. But after 3 hrs the temp. again coming back. What should I do?

A. in case, can repeat the same dose of paracetamol after 4 hours , increase breast feeding and, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
