my baby has fever (100-101) he has become crankier too..he is drooling nd often refuse to breastfeed today i have seen white patch on his upper gum...is he teething?? do teething cause refusal to breastfeed kindly suggest thank u

yes this could be due to the Teething phase..kids feel irritated due to itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth and they tend to reject food intake..
give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies
