My baby has e-coli issue ....>10*5 Cfu/ml . Attached is the report.... please suggest a medicine.... my baby also have colic issue.... kindly suggest if I can use gripe water without alcohol for the colic issue instead of colic aid drops or neopeptine... is gripe water more better... as it does not contain sugar syrup and allopathy medicine.....
