My baby has developed red rashes or small pimples around her mouth and stomach is it some deficiency/allergy?

A. Sometimes because of drooling also this can happen so in that case you can use Boroline anti septic cream and sometimes as it could be due to an allergy or infection also so you can apply this cream as of now 3-5 times in the day
