my baby has cough , cold and eye infection doctor suggested me to give amrofix syrup, pediment LS syrup , ACEBIOTIC eye drop and betnesol drop. Is this eye drop and betnesol drop safe for 7 month baby ?

A. better to avoid steroid preparations. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins
