A. You can introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet from 5-6 months. Try to feed fresh, home cooked meals instead of feeding ready to eat cerelac all the time. You can give lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrot and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, etc. Introduce one food at a time and feed for 3 days to observe how well baby is able to digest. Feed 3 main meals a day and 4-6 spoons a day.
