My baby has completed 4 months,and he often keeps-touching the back of his head continuously. What could be the reason behind this?

Maybe there is some discomfort that your child is having maybe it is due to cradle cap or dryness or anything kindly look into it and then just treat it accordingly because this way I cannot predict what can be the reason you have to examine it physically
