my baby has completed 2 months still I am not able to produce milk and have to give top milk I am taking lactation tablets and shatabri powder also then also no milk production is there much why what is the reason plz help

A. continue taking the lactation supplement lactare take green papaya bottle gourd bitter gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana Dalia ragi oats drumstick more you nurse milk will increase you can use Babyhug electric breast pump that also stimulate flow
