my baby has completed 1 year.which milk is better for her cow milk or buffalo milk and how much quantity is required for 1 year old baby

A. Hello good afternoon !! As baby completed one year you can introduce cow, buffalo milk. Check suitability feed small quantity by diluting with water initially gradually decrease water ratio if no allergy, motions, reddishness, rashes you can feed. Cow milk is good thin in texture,low fat whereas buffalo milk contains fat helps in weight gain, takes time to digest.
