My baby has cleft palate prevented her from nursing , breast feeding, so the doctor suggested to use formula milk and even i express and mostly i give formula milk bcoz supply is less . This is the reason, im worried, Im not getting enough milk. I express every 2-3 hrs gap. Initially i was getting 20 ml, but now im getting less. Currently im taking shatavari and lactare capsule. But no improvement. Need help in this, I really want to give breastmilk to my baby.
