My baby has been continuously pooping for 4 days since last week baby had anticipate injection, is there any problem with this?

Maybe child is having its teeth now and probably which is why this could be happening you should get it checked with your doctor and if needed get a stool test done for your child that is going to clear the picture about the situation that is there so that you can proceed with the treatment according to the situation that is there
