My baby has acne’s on the arms I am attaching the pic for the same kindly suggest gud soap she has a sensitive skin it’s only on the arm part no where else .

It Would be some allergy probably which is why this is happening you get a check with your skin doctor ones because that way you’ll be more sure about as to what kind of an issue that your child is present and accordingly they can advise you the products that you should use
