my baby has a small pimples on her face why it's happening I can't understand sir please give me a suggestion

A. hello, don't worry it is common in newborns just maintain baby surrounding clean and hygienic where cotton or hosiery light coloured clothes only. apply your breast milk for 10 minutes and afterwards clean it with clean cotton cloth dipped in warm water
