Q.
my baby has a red small itchy dots and patchy hair loss in that area in her back scalp. Is this anything to worry about. pediatrician suggested steroids which we are little worried to use it. Home remedies using onion juice in patches. it becomes little scaly hopefully onion dried those fugus/ bacteria. Done tsh and hb test. report yet to come

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. don't apply onion juice n try other remedies. it's cradle csp. usually disappears by your baby’s first birthday.
Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby's scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush, may use spoo shampoo
