my baby has a purple swollen area around anus. It is sometimes itchy. currently i am applying to the ointment suggested by the doctor. please suggest treatment. she also has skin tag around it.

Skin skin tag if it is not troubling your child and it would not be a problem further more I will recommend you that you should check with your doctor for the purple thing that you’re saying maybe it is due to some another issue but not necessarily because of skin cancer so without an assessment it would be difficult to help you on that
