My baby has a fever that comes and goes. We have used all the medicines given to us, but the fever is not going down. She also has a lot of cold and cough. Can you give me any advice for this?

A. Hello my dear parent! This can be due to viral infection as there are certain viral infections going around everywhere. With time, there will be a gradual improvement as you complete the course of treatment as advised by the doctor. Good luck and take care.
