My baby has 3 4 lumps on neck and one in groin area it is not getting larger from 6 months is it fine or something serious

A lot of times it is a fat ball which is called lipoma in medical language and it does not create any problem but since it is there at different places into the body of the child you should have an assessment with your doctor if you can also get a biopsy done
