my baby has 18 level of tsh

The level of the TSH is actually high but these days with newborn kids thyroid usually comes positive only so instead of starting with medication I would advise you to give it six months after six months repeat the test if you see it is still high then if your doctor suggest medication go for it but you should wait for six months to one year at least
