my baby has 104° fever for 3 days and nose congestion also. fever has not come down after giving crosin, saline and citrizine also. what to do

A. First of all 104 is extremely high fever you should have consulted your doctor way back and second if the fever doesn’t subside within three days complete then it is not a normal fever maybe your child has another kind of fever please immediately visit your doctor
