my baby hanvitha sree she is 5yrs old she getting dry caugh with vomiting she didn't take any meals how to cure this problem she getting stomach pain after eating anything

Give proper oral medicines to the child that is going to help in reducing the issue that is there along with that I would like to tell you that you should try to give more of liquid base that it’s comfortable for for the child to consume during this time
