A. A healthy, balanced diet is crucial to helping your baby grow thicker, fuller hair. If baby is at least 6 months old and eating solid foods, feed them foods rich in iron, vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin D, zinc, and protein. Foods rich in B vitamins include: beans.meat.eggs.whole grains.potatoes.
