my baby had this finger injury. Is this going to be in normal shape as before.

Seems like it that it is going to get better over the period but currently you should apply proper ointment which will help in healing the wound that is there because this is definitely not looking good and also check with the doctor if you need to get a tetanus or DPT for your child
