RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Apply cetaphil lotion on the rashes as it is mostly due to heat so it’s better to apply that and if ur baby is 6 months plus then u should give good amount of water and liquids to maintain in cool in the body as that’s very very important
