My Baby had Mouth Ulcers from 2 days.. She is not able to eat anything.. please recommend medicine for it.. I wz trying to giving her vit b complex.. she started vomiting.. ans me what sud i giv her to eat? and which medicine sud i give? give some natural remedies too

Avoid spicy diet and give only liquid diet

medical examination will be required for your child. also meet your doctor and the earliest who will examine the child and tell you the proper diagnosis and treatment. in the meantime give easily digestible food
