My baby had fever and cold 10 days back..she was fine after that but again she is having fever ..not sleeping well

Okay so I think it could be just associated with viral that your child has had repeated fever so kindly check with your doctor if needed please get a blood test done for your child with which you have a clear understanding of the problem and treatment to follow
