my baby had fever 3 days before after doctor consultation I gave paracetamol p250 drops 2mg daily...yesterday she completely cured from fever but had severe cough from yesterday.. and again yesterday night he had lite fever but today morning doctor check her temperature is normal.....I don't know why....but now she is having severe cough... doctor gave some cough syrup

Fever is  when  the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparations.
cold spfsonging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
