Q.

my Daughter is 5 months old .. 15 days ago she suffered with fever we used cefixime &paracetamol for 6 days..again she got mild fever 3days ago we used 1 day paracetamol fever control... again she having mild fever ..can we use paracetamol for 3 days before going for doctor consultation or can I consult doctor now for this issue..she don't have any problems she is active only.

A. you can give paracetamol for three days only in case if fever is mild. in case it's moderate or high. you need to visit your paediatrician immediately .

A. hi mam ,first ,you need to check the temperature if it is 100f or above ,then you must consult your pediatrician. please continue with breastfeeding which provides antibodies and help your child to fight against viral or bacterial Infections. dress your child lightly keep your child in well vantileted room if there is no cold and cough ,give Sponge bath to reduce the temperature
