My baby had cold, while sleeping in AC .

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Immunity is the capacity of our body to fight with illness. This depends on our genes and environment ,along with eating and sleeping habits. There is no medicine that may enhance immunity. But regular 8 hour peaceful sleep, healthy vegetarian food may help to boost immunity. May give Himalaya Questa kidz after 2 years of age

So don’t make your child sleep in AC and the second reason why your child may have got cold while sleeping in a C is that maybe the wings are directly towards your child that is how a child can catch cold otherwise in general terms if the temperature is around 25 or 26 and the AC because I’m not sure what is the child the normally don’t catch coldWrite Your Answer Here
