my baby had blood in motion n he continuously vomiting everything that he consume what to do

Blood in the motion is mostly because of our stomach infection only so I would recommend you to kindly consult your paediatrician regarding this as a course of antibiotics would be important to be given to the child which is what is going to be helpful in the situation
