my baby had a little bit red mucous type in her stool...is that harmful and why it happened?

A. Or it could be due to stomach infection as where you can be more clear about it after consulting your doctor suggested to get a stool test done for the child and you go ahead with that otherwise I’ll advisor with whatever necessary medicine is there to go for
