my baby had a little bit of red mucous type in her stool.... is that harmful and why it happened?

This could be due to stomach infection the things are very common with kids to happen at this age but that mostly is going to denote a stomach infection only say few want to know more about it I would suggest you to cross check with your doctor because a medication can only be suggested by the doctor on this issue
