Q.
my baby grunts in stomach pain specially in the evenings and early mornings it seems she is having trouble passing gas.stool she does 4-5 time.breastfed.she is on medication attached.

its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravatinhg factor. proper burping after each feed is very important.
Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.
