ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. noprobs, Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk. Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.

See If you are giving any formula milk to the child then it is very normal and common for a child to Paul green coloured motion so please do not worry about it I would just say the green coloured motion is considered very normal and common with kids who are basically on formula feeding only
