my baby got vaccine 2dys back to his leg and it got swelled he is not allowing me to keep ice on that swelling and he is crying due to pain and he is not walking properly due to that pain what can I use instead of ice

A. if the child is having pain and swelling because of DPT injection this is there you can give syrup ibugesic Plus 5ml and can repeat after 6 hours again if required and do some hot and cold fomentation
