my baby got some reddish spots on her chin n around the mouth also is there any cream to get rid of that

A. hi mom. just check the child whether she has the same rashes inside the mouth in the throat and also in the hand and the foot. there is hand foot mouth disease everywhere these days so that might be a reason. if it is a normal simple rashes no need to do any kind of medicine or cream it will go away by itself
