My baby got small blood clot after vaccination, how remove that is it common to be like that for kids. She is 1month old

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Try giving cold compress on the paining area, if any. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
